We make new cylinders according to your or our design. In addition to ISO 6020/2 and ISO 6022 cylinders, we also produce non-standardized cylinders. Modifying your existing cylinder is also possible. Think of converting a screwed head to a bolted head, provided with extra bearing surfaces for the piston or cylinder rod, etc.

Rod materials such as C45, 20MnV6 AISI431 with hard chrome plating or other variants are available. Just like a top coating of, say, Nickel-Chrome or Nickel-Chrome with tungsten carbide.
